When a mysterious tomb in a quaint land is opened by the villagers of Storm, two strange areas and the soul of an ancient magician, called Urunda Sam, are independent leaders of the storm village. The ancient magician goes and is near the body of a wolf. An area ends in the neighborhood of Nobita. The next one goes and ends in the wind village. As the first one breaks, a strange cyclone frees the organism. At first, Suno got it and he tried to catch it and make his pet but he failed. Meanwhile, Nobita was eating ice cream to go back home but was snatched away by that strange cyclone. Nobita followed it and then the cyclone threw ice cream over Xi’an’s head. Because of this he gets angry and he tries to defeat Nobita but he crashes into a garbage can. The cyclone then drove Nobita to his house. It created a disaster that angered Nobita’s mother. Then he felt so good that he wanted to keep it. While trying to take care of it, Nobita tried to hide it from her mother. So they made their appearance like a doll in a manga (a soft toy machine camera to make it as a toy). Then he takes her to Shizuka to show him. But strange cyclone Nobita escapes after scolding Shizuka’s skirt to lift up. Then, when Nobita was alone, the strange cyclone flew over him. He named it Fuko and announced that Fuko was a girl.
