Didi Pickle is pregnant with her second child, who believes she will be a girl, while everyone else believes it will be a boy. Didi goes into labor during her baby’s bath (this is indirectly caused by a strenuous sour note sung by Angelica as she tries to get Susie out in karaoke) and her friends take her to the hospital. While this is happening, children explore and crawl a nursery area before they are found by other parents. When the baby is born after the end of the last birth, it leads to a boy and they give him the name of the heart.
The heart quickly becomes a very cruel kid, crying non-stop for attention, keeping all the toys for himself, and refusing to share it with Tommy. After a nasty feud between Tommy and Teddy Bear, his father, Stu, Stu talked with him about being an older brother and now he has responsibility, he assured them that one day he would be happy for his younger brother at heart. He also gives Tommy a locket with a picture of Tommy and the heart together and a watch inside. Tommy can’t understand what the responsibility is, to watch his “Sponsoring” Say.
