Movie Plot: Star race car Lightning McQueen and his pal Mater head overseas to compete in the World Grand Prix race. But the road to the championship becomes rocky as Mater gets caught up in an intriguing adventure of his own: international espionage.
Finn McMissile, a British spy, infiltrates an oil rig owned by a group of lemon cars to rescue a fellow detective. He looks at lemons, seemingly led by Professor Zundapp, loading an electromagnetic pulse emitter, disguised as a camera on a shipping crate. The agent who came to the rescue found out that he was dead, he ran away and faces his death.
After the recent death of his master Dock Hudson, and after returning to Radiator Springs, Lightning McQueen is now a four-time Piston Cup champion. However, the Italian Formula Race car, Francesco Bernoli, challenges McQueen for the newly created World Grand Prix led by its creator Sir Miles Axelrod; Joe Luigi, Guido, Philmore, and Serge fuel their new environment friendly, Einol.. McQueen and her best friend intend to promote Matter – departing for Tokyo for the first race of the Grand Prix.
