Movie Plot: Soon after the events of the first film, The Incredibles and Frozon battled the Underminers, which appeared only to terrorise Munikerb. While they prevent the destruction of City Hall, they are unable to stop him from robbing the bank and fleeing. The collateral damage caused by the incident angers the government and prompts them to discontinue the superhero rehabilitation program except Paras without financial assistance. Violet’s love interest, Tony Rideler, revealed the superhero’s identity, which forces agent Rick Dicker to erase his memory. Frozen reported Mr Incredable and Alasticral offering to Winston DeWer, a wealthy businessman. He and his sister Evelyn proposed sending heroes on secret campaigns, which will be recorded and publicized to gain public trust in superheroes.
