Movie Plot: Straw hatpirates come to Delta Island for Pirates Fest, hosted by a large pirate, hosted by The Festival’s Master Buena Festa. Festa pirate king sends pirates to discover a treasure for Gol de Roger. Straw Haat and many other pirate crew, including the worst generation as well as Bugy Pirates, Fox Pirates, Barto Club, and Beautiful Pirates, set sail on a knock-up stream and battle each other as they move towards the race treasure. However, the event is set up in a silent manner as part of the plan between Festa and the famous pirate Douglas Bullet. The Trafalgar law detects and attacks the scheme, but tells the thousand sunny to make their way and the straw Haat to be somewhat suspicious. Robin, Sunji, Chopper and Brooke go with him for investigation, and the undercover Marine Smoker himself also goes to investigate. After entering festa’s hideout, the group of law discovers that it has conspired to send buster calls to Delta Island with marines, which will destroy it and everyone on it.
