The series occurs in the fictional city of Marinar Bay, California, built on an ancient demon burial ground. When the Demons were accidentally released from their graves in the desert, they threatened to destroy Mariner Bay. Therefore, a government organization called Lyswpad Rescue, headed by Captain William Mitchell, successfully recruits four citizens and their daughter to defend the city as a new team of Power Ranger after the source of his powers, the channel of the Morrin grid.
